Shanghai JD Chukyo Forging & Stamping Co., Ltd. controlled by Shanghai New Nanyang Co., Ltd was established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Japan Tokai Drop Forging Co., Ltd in 1989. We rely on brand superiority of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xin Nanyang and JiaoDa Chukyo; depend on high and new technology of forging and stamping specialty in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, have experienced steady development for 20 years. Now we are executive director unit of China Forging Association and Vice-director Unit of Shanghai Forging Association.
Through the capital increase and share the expansion, now we have four shareholders and our registered capital has risen to 2 million 800 hundred thousand dollars. With two 1600T hot die forging presses, two 2500T hot die forging presses and one production line for residual heat of forgings, we could produce 8,000 tons forgings every year. Our molds are made with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE technology.
We have our own inspection center. And now we have passed TS 16949 (TÜV SÜD) and ISO9001 Quality System. Also, we have several class certificates.
